SUBWAY® restaurants offer consumers low fat and low saturated fat alternatives to the usual high fat, fast-food meal in an effort to help them live fitter lives.

How do I get started on the the SUBWAY FRESH FIT® Challenge*?
Register. It's quick and easy.
Once registered you'll immediately have access to 'Your Program' where you'll be able to view the weekly tips and exercise programs. In Week 1 you'll be asked to complete a Nutritional and Fitness Assessment so we can be sure that the exercise program you're given is suited to your current fitness status.
Simply log back into the SUBWAY FRESH FIT® Challenge* to view your weekly update. You'll also have the opportunity to log your weekly activity, allowing you to monitor your progress.
